  How is my order shipped?  
  All items ordered within the U.S. are shipped via Ground Delivery or via Air if specified.  
  Is it safe to receive a diamond in the mail?  
  Yes and no. It is safe if the diamond jeweler uses well-known and insured carriers (e.g., FedEx and UPS) to ship its packages and all shipments are insured for the full value of their contents.

Before purchasing a diamond over the internet, find out what the site’s policy is in case of lost shipments.  A professional diamond jeweler should have no objection to providing either a replacement or a refund.
  What forms of payment do you accept?  
  We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We accept postal money orders and cashier checks as well. Business and personal checks are also accepted, but it takes a little bit more time to deliver the products since we will only process your order after your checks are cleared. We also accept bank wire, Western Union and PayPal.   
What if I don't have a credit card  
  No credit card? No problem! Please contact one of our Friendly Customer Service Specialists in order to place your order and obtain specific instructions on where you may send your check or money order. Call us at: (877) 204-4204  
  Will my credit card information be secure  
  You may rest assured; you are visiting a secure site. All information submitted will be private and will not be released or sold.  
  If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?  
  Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 21 business days thereafter.  We provide FREE SHIPPING for our customers in the United States, except for orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska where shipping charges are additional and will be calculated once order is placed.  
  I already placed my order, what is the status?  
  Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. You will receive a Tracking link in your email to so you can track your package. If you did not provide an email address on your order please contact a Customer Service Specialist and have the following information ready: Your Order ID# as well as First and Last name of the order.  
  Can I ship my order to another address other than my billing address provided?  
  Yes, you will have the opportunity to add a different shipping address if desired however the order might be delayed to do credit card address verification. All packages will require a signature in order to insure proper delivery.  
  What will this order look like on my credit card statement?  
  Your order from us will be billed by Rings4Love.  If you have any questions when you get your bill, feel free to contact us.  
  Is it safe to use my credit card online?  
  All orders are processed from start to finish via our secure servers verified by 128 bit encryption. Any data submitted is encrypted, using SSL technology. We protect all customer data against unauthorized access. We use secure technology, privacy protection controls and restrictions on employee access, to safeguard your personal information.   How do I check the status of my order?  
  After placing your order successfully, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain instructions on how to check your order status. You may also contact us directly with any questions.  
  Can you customize a product?  
  We manufacture all items listed on our site at our facility in Los Angeles, California. Many of our items are customizable. Please call us for details.  
  Do you charge sales tax?  
  Sales tax of 9.75% will be charged for orders within the state of California.  
  Can you laser inscribe a stone for me  
  If you find a diamond you'd like to purchase but it does not have a laser inscription, Rings4Love can help you send the diamond to GIA or AGS to have the stone inscribed with a personal message or the certificate number.  
  When I purchase jewelry from Rings4Love how will it be packaged?  
  When you receive the final product, it will arrive beautifully packaged in a customized Rings4Love jewelry box ready for presentation.

Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, customized, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.   Returns with no Rings4Love return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How to Prepare a Return
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Rings4Love, follow our three step process:
  • • Your Return Authorization Code. Call our customer care department at (877) 204-4204 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
  • • Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $350 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Rings4Love anywhere on the outside of the box.
  • • Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
    • • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured,
         and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its
         destination. **
    • • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the
         total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your
         shipment has reached Rings4Love. ** (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise
         over $500.)
    • • More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend
         contacting Rings4Love to receive assistance and suggested methods to return
         your purchase.

  Do you provide appraisals?  
  Rings4Love recommends having appraisals performed by a jeweler in your area after you've made your purchase. This will allow you the opportunity to thoroughly examine your purchase with the assistance of a professional. However, upon request to our customer care department, Rings4Love will provide a manufacturer’s appraisal for a $50 flat fee.  
  Do you ship internationally?  
  We are willing to ship to Canada for a fee of US$100.  Rings4Love does not charge sales tax on Canadian orders; however please consult your local customs agency to determine any applicable duties and taxes for your country.

In addition, Rings4Love is proud to serve our international customers. Orders to countries outside of North America must have an item total of $1000 or higher. All prices and transaction amounts listed on this site are in US dollars. Orders to countries outside of North America cannot be placed through our online shopping cart.
